State Authorizing Statutes
The EFETc is all about keeping you, our purchasers, first! We never use pressure tactics, and realize and respect that the decision to use the EFETc is yours, not ours.
Gaining its authority through Bid process in the State of Pennsylvania, the EFETC extends its services to other states through "piggyback" or "most favored pricing" as permitted through state statutes.
